Student being helped by a librarian at the Reference Desk

The Reference Desk is located on the first floor of the library. Nearby are the print reference collection, computer terminals, network printers, and a machine where you can add copy/print money to your Coyote OneCard or purchase a print card.

In-Person Assistance

At the Reference Desk, our librarians assist users with research and reference questions, electronic databases and print resources, general Internet searching, and the Pfau Library Catalog. Reference librarians provide individual instruction in using these resources and help to construct effective search strategies for finding information. No appointment is necessary.
